Imcadr (IMCA-CAT Diffraction Rasterizer) performs X-ray crystallography diffraction rastering based crystal centering. It includes the following features:

• GUI and command line interface
• Server mode for control by another program
• Customizable scoring algorithm
• Best position computed as weighted average of surrounding cells
• Shifts raster if high score on edge
• Generates HTML result file with raster images
• Snake-like rasterizer path to minimize move distances
• Fly-scan rastering
• Computer cluster scoring

Imcadr is written in pure Java and thus should run on any platform that has a Java VM.
