Imcadr (IMCA-CAT Diffraction Rasterizer) performs X-ray crystallography diffraction rastering based crystal centering. It includes the following features:
- GUI and command line interface
- Server mode for control by another program
- Customizable scoring algorithm
- Best position computed as weighted average of surrounding cells
- Shifts raster if high score on edge
- Generates HTML result file with raster images
- Snake-like rasterizer path to minimize move distances
- Fly-scan rastering
- Computer cluster scoring
Imcadr is written in pure Java and thus should run on any platform that has
a Java VM.
