View Beam Time Schedules

• Pack non-hazardous samples in a dry shipping dewar.
• Ship dewars via common carrier. (FedEx Priority Overnight is recommended; do not use FedEx First Overnight.)
• Include pre-paid return shipment label.
• If you use a courier service please inform the IMCA-CAT support team in advance as these services may require a signature to be allowed on-site.

Upon receipt at IMCA-CAT, shipping dewars will be filled with liquid nitrogen and stored in a secure area.

Any publication or PDB deposit that includes data collected at IMCA-CAT must include acknowledgment of both IMCA-CAT and the Advanced Photon Source.
