* To migrate from Exphi:

  1. Change "exphi" to "exposync" in all file name references.

  2. Add "PU=degrees" to the substitutions list when loading exposync.db
     (formerly exphi.db).

  3. (Optional) Change the DESC variable value in the substitutions list
     when loading exposync.db (formerly exphi.db) to indicate Phi is the
     synchronization source (e.g. "DESC=Phi").
